There are no refunds or exchanges on hair orders. If for some reason you receive the wrong texture or length, hair must be returned within 48 hours. A store credit will be issued.

Current Processing time is 5-7 business days. (OR SOONER) Processing starts once the order is received. Once shipped please allow the carrier 1-3 days to receive the order. Some orders may ship out sooner. Ready to ship wigs are ready for pickup and ready to ship. When ordering a custom wig it needs to be made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for custom wigs to be made due to high demand.

 

Please be aware that if you purchase a custom made wig that comes styled, that when packing and delivering orders it may not be perfect once received and that the styling may be adjusted. We always package wigs so styling stays safe but once we hand off wig to carrier we cannot control how they handle the package.
